What is the SRES Designation and It's Benefit to You?
Members of the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council, who must also be members of the National Association of REALTORS® and who have successfully completed an in-depth education program have received the designation:
“Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)®”.
What does all this mean to you?
SRES® designees help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, business or investment property, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate.
By earning the SRES designation, they have demonstrated that they have the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and counselor.
