In December 2002, I began working with Ronda on a home search in Foster City. From the onset, Ronda's energy and positive attitude were contagious and tremendously helpful to me as we began to identify potential properties. These legal issues also created a problem with my ability to secure financing, as most financial institutions were reticent to work with a property that was engaged in an ongoing lawsuit.

Rather than be deterred by this potential setback, Ronda guided me forward, identifying individuals who could provide either additional information on the issues or objective guidance on the nature of these suites and typical outcomes. What impressed me most throughout this process was Ronda's integrity in representing the facts without bias: she never dismissed the significance of the problems or encouraged me to buy the property simply for the sake of closing the sale. Instead, she was a stabilizing and objective influence, helping me to sort through the information and make the decision that was right for me.

After analyzing all the information, I ultimately purchased the property. Ronda's assistance continued all the way beyond the closing, to her follow-up and support through our final move.
