William was born and raised on the San Francisco Peninsula, Belmont to be exact. He graduated from Junipero Serra High School where he thrived academically and also participated in football, baseball, and basketball.
 
William’s passion for helping people makes Real Estate a natural fit for him. This truly shows in his loyalty, professionalism, and enthusiasm he displays to his clients in all situations. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to listen are just a few traits that clients can expect from him when he is representing you as your Realtor. His goal is to ensure a smooth transaction and make the home buying or selling process a positive experience. William looks forward to building strong relationships and helping people with all their Real Estate needs.

Charlene Ferreira 
Office Administrator

Charlene comes to Cashin Company with 25+ years in the real estate industry and brings new meaning to the term “multi-tasking”.  The position of Office Administrator in our office carries the highest degree of support responsibilities.  She is the direct and irreplaceable link between the Branch manager, the Corporate Office, the Sales Associates. the Support Staff and the vendors supplying our office.  Her limitless energy and alacrity enable her to manage the San Mateo Staff, coordinate and monitor the Staff and Corporate services provided to our Sales Associates.  She is a “can-do” person who will support any and all of the staff positions to get the necessary job done.  With Charlene, service to our clients and associates is her highest priority. 

A long time resident of San Mateo County, she graduated from Mercy High School, attended CSM and is a graduate of prestigious Anthony’s School of Real Estate.  Having an office administrator who also understands the detailed structure of the most complicated escrows is just one of her many talents that makes Charlene a valuable addition to the Cashin Company San Mateo Office.
 

Krista Turon 
Office Assistant, Marketing

Krista grew up in the Bay Area and received her Bachelors Degree in Speech Communication at San Francisco State University.  She joined Cashin Company’s San Mateo Branch in 2006 where the primary focus of her position is Marketing coordination.  Her responsibilities include:
Creating Comparative Market Analysis Reports for listing presentations 
Entering and managing listings in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
Uploading property photos to the Cashin Company and MLS Websites
Creating and proofing all printed and internet advertising  
Producing property marketing flyers, just listed and other marketing materials
Performing  various other duties to assist with the listing process


Kirsten Jones 
Transaction Coordinator

Kirsten, a San Mateo resident, joined Cashin Company’s Burlingame branch in May 2004 .  She transferred to the San Mateo Branch in November 2006 as a promotion to her current position.  Kirsten acts as a document “point of contact” liaison between our agents, their clients, the cooperating agents, the title companies and various inspection and reporting companies.  Her duties include:
Review of the office listing and transaction files for completeness and accuracy
Generate and monitor a company transaction Checklist of all completed, incomplete, and missing documents         for the agent.
Requesting missing documents from agents and coordinates the transaction documents from listing and sale           to the close of escrow.
Orders the Natural hazards/Geological Reports and Home Protection plans for agents
Coordinates the opening of escrow accounts with the title companies.
Meet with agents for status updates and review of listing and pending transaction files
Creates duplicate files for agents and/or clients
Collects and itemizes reports and disclosures, create cover and sign-out sheets for pre-sale disclosure packets
Submit SAMCAR verifications for year-end Agent Sales Awards
